I can't move My journal entries?

I use chrome 63 I haven't been able to move things like character sheets or notes in my games at all for the past few weeks, And I don't know why, My friend who uses the same thing as me can move them freely and I'm really flustered. Is something I'm doing wrong? I just try to click and drag, and it lets me drag, but if I let it go it moves back to where it was before. Thank you for reading,

Make sure you're grabbing by the icon rather than the name, for moving within your journal folders

Are you the GM for the game? I believe that only GMs can move the journal entries. It would also explain why your dragging is reset once you let it go.
