I have been looking around for samples of Accel World RPs, and I have a good amount on the character creation systems, story concepts, and general game play would be, but as far as which dice system, that is still left to be decided. I myself haven't played too many different types, so I am unsure which would be the best for this game.

I don't have time to play, but if you're looking for a system, I believe OVA (which has a character sheet on Roll20) is based on Anime, and I know BESM (Big Eyes Small Mouth) is definitely a game based on Anime and it, too, has 2 character sheets on Roll20.
