Kept dice

Hello, new to the forums and I tried searching for my answer in google but my wording might be a bit off. I was wondering how I would effect the kept dice for a roll. '/e rolls Fighting [[ ( [[ @{fighting} ]] )d6k [[ @{wounds} + @{fighting}]] sd + @{injuries} ]]'> Normally it would be '/e rolls Fighting [[ ( [[ @{fighting} ]] )d6 + @{injuries} ]]'> But I need to use a wound system where a wound would drop a held dice but not effect the dice rolled so the formula would be (#)d6k#+# I need the k# to be based on the @{wounds} number. Any insight would be helpful!
[[ @{fighting}d6sdkh[[@{fighting} + @{wounds}]] + @{injuries} ]] should work fine, assuming that @{fighting} is a positive integer and @{wounds} is a nonpositive integer. If @{wounds} is meant to be a positive number, subtract it from @{fighting} instead of adding it.

Thanks, I was trying to fix an error with the mechanics from Asoiaf and the roll 20 syntax is still brand new to me. Thanks for the help!!
You're very welcome! Happy rolling!
