Best way to make bulk journal pages?

So, new guy here, and about to begin a 2nd ed AD&D campaign. Thanks to still having my old Core Rules CD I have all of the 2nd ed rules in a HTML layout with hypertext links which I feel would be stronger if I input to the Journal system but as that is 6000+ pages, that's too long. So right now I am leaning to doing it page by page as needed in the game, but is there a way to make a format template to convert these pages to and bulk dump them up to the journal?

6000+ pages, ouch. Roll20 can import pdf's, but only at a single page at a time. Plus it merely creates an image of the page. Not very useful except for maps or images... If possible (depends on the pdf), I would try extracting the text from the pdf and pasting it into a handout. You can use folders/sub-folders and even create a "table of contents" handout that links to other handouts to help organization. ( https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal#Link_Between_Journ... ) Lot's of work. Good luck.
