I would like to see if there is an interest in playing in a game set in late 1890s London, themed as a scientific romance a la Jules Verne or H G Wells. Mildly steampunkish, could wander into some gothic horror, if it goes long enough, but not at the outset. A mostly magic free game, although some occult elements would be acceptable, that can be worked out as we go. Game will be played using the Ubiquity rules (a very rules light, generic system, easily taught.) I live in the EST and work days, so somewhere in the 6 to midnight range EST would be the possible times. Fairly open on what day to play, except for Sunday evenings, which are my time to relax with my wife and get ready to head back to work. A vague feel for the Victorian era would be appreciated, nothing too in depth, but some basic familiarity. The world will be largely based on the real world, with a few tweaks (i.e. England is still recovering from the martian invasion a couple of years back, and the overt racism will not be acceptable.) I have not started crating the game on here, although I know where I want the first extended adventure to go and have run the setting in the past, so set up time won't be too bad.
