So the current composition that we're running right now is Librarian Blood Angel, Devastator Black Hand, Tech-Marine Blood Raven, Assault Marine Flesh Tearer, and Tactical Marine Space Wolf. The group gets along pretty well. None have explicit experience in the setting. They're on the cusp of rank 1, just a few hundred points shy, recent additions to the kill-team are starting at rank 1 experience, and will achieve the rank properly at the end of their current mission. Fingers crossed that they actually do it. Their general player disposition is that they're all friends and have known each other for a while. A couple tend to get teased more than others but they're a light hearted group that doesn't get upset over jokes no matter how crass. I'd liken my GM style to the tune of a Call of Duty campaign. I try to put my players in positions where there is action, but above all else the options to do cool things, and impact the world. I'm very much about the power trip and what I always strive for is meaningful missions whether from the scale of the operation or the brutality of the opposing force. Because it's bi-weekly they've not gotten too far into it, but they're building a reputation. There hasn't been much intrigue yet. It's something I'm building up to currently, they haven't expressed a lot of interest in it yet at the same time I want to expand their horizons beyond kill-bots. We do use Discord.
