Coin Flipper

January 06 (7 years ago)
Roll20 has a customizable card deck feature - however, after brooding over an idea of a coin-flip based rpg system, I realized that Roll20 has no coin flipper. Of course, rolling d2 would have the same function as far as randomization goes, but lacks in visual. Therefore, I'm suggesting the implementation of a coin flipper feature, where, much like with the card deck feature, you could create custom two-sided coins, that could be placed on the map and flipped to random face, perhaps with result output in chat.

While I don't imagine this to be particularly highly demanded feature (in fact, a short search turned up no prior suggestions on the matter), as far as I can tell, the groundwork is already there, and I'm sure many users would enjoy the potential of the proposed feature.

Tuo, kindly out.

You can make this with the Rollable Table feature,

Wiki docs for this,
https://wiki.roll20.net/Collections#Rollable_Table...

It can be done there with images (Coin side 1, Coin side 2), or with words like "Heads" or "Tails".

I see, I had not considered that. Thank you very much, I will look into that.
