Video and Audio not working

For the last several weeks I have not been able to get my account to run audio and video.  For some reason both have stopped working.  Please advise of what I can do to fix the account.
Also, I have tried several things to fix it.  Nothing seems to work.  What happened?  Is anyone else having this problem?  ""The only option I or my players have is to launch the game.  No one can "Join" the game.  
Is there anyway to contact support?  Email, phone number?

Assuming you are using Chrome, there is a known issue with the latest release of Chrome. Switching to Firefox might fix the issue while they work on a new version to roll out (currently in testing on the Dev Server). Otherwise, they have suggested using third party voice and video applications such as Discord until this can be fixed. Also, they changed the wording on the Join Game button to Launch Game several weeks ago.
