Round of newb question #9 ( Pathfinder )

Even tho it's been a year since I've started these round, I still have more questions to ask! 1) Monk : Can he include his stunning fist in his flurry of blow attack? If yes, can he include Stunning fist and Scorpion style ? 2) Wand : To create a wand, you need to be a caster level 5. So a wand of cure light wound would heal at least for : 1d8+5 right? Edit : I've read that the creator can set the spell level of the wand. So I guess it's GM discretion? 3) DR : DR 5/ Magic. This mean that ( Let's say a +1 dagger ) will get his full bonus to damage if the attack roll succeed? That's it for today, TY for your time!

1a) Stunning Fist can be declared prior to any attack roll. So, yes, you can combine it with Flurry of Blows. 1b) Scorpion Style is a standard action and cannot be combined with Flurry of Blows. However, you can combine Stunning Fist and Scorpion Style because Scorpion Style is an attack. 2) Wand: There is a lot of confusion regarding the minimum level required for a Craft feat vs the minimum level required for a spell trigger or spell completion item created using that feat. The one has nothing to do with the other. Craft Wand requires caster level 5. Craft Wand is a prerequisite for making a magic wand. A spell trigger or spell completion item (such as a wand) has a minimum caster level equal to that required for the spell. Example: Cure Light Wounds is a minimum of caster level 1 (for a Cleric) while Cure Moderate Wounds is a minimum of caster level 3 (for a cleric). In short, no, the minimum caster level of the spell in a wand is set by the minimum caster level to cast the spell, not the crafter's level or the level it takes to take the crafting feat. 3) Basically, yes. A more correct statement is that all damage you will do will get through the DR. DR is not subtracted from your "damage bonus" but it is subtracted from the total physical damage you do.
Ty Gauss, but now I am more confuse than ever lol Wand : For potions, scrolls, and wands, the creator can set the caster level of an item at any number high enough to cast the stored spell but not higher than her own caster level. For other magic items, the caster level is determined by the item itself. 3: DR 5 / Magic : Let's go with an example : AC 20. I roll 21 on my attack roll with my dagger +1 . I roll 1d4+1(Magic)+2(Strength) ( the 1d4 result is 3 ) So 3+1+2 = 6. How much damage do I do?

Wand examples: A level 10 Cleric creates a wand of Cure Light Wounds. The minimum caster level of the spell Cure Light Wounds (for a Cleric) is 1. He can create the wand of Cure Light Wounds at any caster level from 1 up through his current level (10). A level 10 Cleric creates a wand of Cure Moderate Wounds. The minimum caster level of the spell Cure Moderate Wounds (for a Cleric) is 3. He can create the wand of Cure Moderate Wounds at any caster level from 3 up through his current level (10). However, when a level 10 Druid creates a wand of Cure Moderate Wounds the minimum caster level is 5. That is because the spell level for a druid is 3 and Druids get 3rd level spells at Druid level 5. The Druid can create the wand of Cure Moderate Wounds at any caster level from 5 up through his current level (10). The pre-requisite level of the Craft Wand feat has no bearing on the minimum level of the wand. DR: In your example you do full damage because you have a magic weapon and magic weapons bypass DR / Magic. Alternate example using your example: DR 5 / Evil: AC 20. I roll 21 on my attack roll with my dagger +1 . I roll 1d4+1(Magic)+2(Strength) ( the 1d4 result is 3 ) So 3+1+2 = 6. How much damage do I do? Answer: 6-1 = 1 point of damage gets through the DR.
