Questions about the "Tales from the Yawning Portal" settings

So after doing some research and looking into it I decided to pick up "Tales from the Yawning Portal" to run some modules for my friends. I was setting up the Sunless Citadel and noticed three things that confused me a little. In my research I saw that even without a subscription if I buy I module from the market place my players should be able to import their characters, but the game settings say " Vault Access Level: Limited Access Vault" which seems to require a subscription? Next while each NPC token is filled out, and the first page is wonderfully done, there doesn't seem to be a NPC sheet filled out. Is there something I am missing? (Just want to know before I spend time creating macro's for them all) Lastly there is notes about using dynamic lighting, is that supposed to come as well? Asking since if so it doesn't seem to be working. Confirmed this by rejoining as a player and everything was visible, and there is no options under game settings. The big one here is player characters importing, since I want to make this as smooth as possible for my friends, but still I am grateful for any help folks can offer! Thanks.

With Addons, there isn't any special granted Vault access.  However, they are designed to just drop straight into your existing Game.  To get the Character Sheets to show up for the NPCs, you'll simply need to select the 5e OGL Character Sheet in the game settings, then everything should show up.  Dynamic Lighting is set up on all the maps and tokens, but you would require a Plus or higher subscription to use it. I hope that helps!

Note that if you're not using the OGL sheet for your other character's, you'll probably need to re-enter any NPC information or migrate to the 5e OGL sheet.
Wait, so by buying the pack, I get less then if I bought the module then?

There isn't a Module for Tales of the Yawning Portal, it's a collection of Addons.  The only functional difference from the above would be the Vault Access, but in truth, the usability of the Addons is superior as you are adding them into an existing Game and don't require any sort of Vault to move other characters into them.
I see where my confusion came in, so modules provide bonuses, but addons do the same thing, but without the perks. I can see them being better in the sense that I can chain addon to addon, but I would still much prefer keeping things separate to try and keep stuff sorted rather then getting it all muddled together. Roll 20 is a very useful tool, but I wish things where a bit less confusing for new folks.

Modules are used as the base for creating a game. Addons are added on to preexisting games. If you want to keep them separate then you can create a blank game and put an addon in it. This is a more versatile than a module in my opinion.
