As the game master, I am able to make the change to make the player avatars "names only" and such, but my players do not have that option in their options tab within the game.
I found a workaround by enabling the chat-tech within the game and then letting my players individually resize and disable the transmission. We have not had to enable the embedded chat to make these adjustments before. No worries.
