All my uploaded tokens and assets vanished from my library, still show up in search

I organized all my uploaded tokens and assets into folders. However, looking at my library today it appears to be empty, while the uploaded files still count towards my upload quota. Here's the view of my empty library: When using the search, the "missing" files still show up under "From your Library", but I can't access them anymore directly (without doing a search). Here's the result of a search: The last things I did was purchasing assets from the roll20 marketplace (yesterday) and copying some of the free assets into my library (via right click and "copy to my library", today). What happened and how do I get them back? I'm on Chrome, Win10 I also tried incognito mode and clearing browser cache, doesn't work. Edit: All the missing assets also still show up on https://marketplace.roll20.net/library but I still don't see any folders anymore and can't access them on the editor page :( Another Edit: When searching for my setup folder names, I still get the corresponding results, e.g. searching for "Goblinoids" gives me all the tokens that I put into my folder "Goblinoids". It seems that Roll20 is just not displaying my folders anymore... I just found this thread wich is clearly describing the same problem, but the suggested fixes (switch to player then back to GM) don't work for me.

Odd indeed! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Thanks for your reply! I will do whatever I can to work this out, just let me know. Step 1: I tried 3 different browsers now: Google Chrome 63.0.3239.132 (64bit) Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0 Firefox Quantum 57.0.4 (64bit) --> ALL of them show the same behavior which you can see in my OP screenshots: No visible folders. Step 2: I freshly installed Firefox, deactivated my two extensions in Edge and tried Chrome in Incognito mode AND with a new, untouched profile: The problem persists. (Step 3: I tried the browsers again after deleting cache and cookies. No change.) Step 4: Detailed description: I think my description in the OP is comprehensive. Feel free to ask if I can provide missing info. Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the issue: I can't. I can only point to this thread to show that it happened to others in the past. The suggested solutions from this thread don't work for me. Edit: I should mention that the folders are also missing in my other campaign game. Software environment: For browsers see above; I'm using Windows 10 Version 1709 (Build 16299.192), Javascript enabled, Windows Defender with the latest definitions, I upped my console log here: https://dropfile.to/FbM6rjY (I hope that's ok, otherwise please let me know)

That's great, thanks for the info, I'll ping a member of the Dev team to swing by to take a look for you.
Perfekt, thanks. I'm hanging around here, being available for troubleshooting.

Just to manage expectations, the Dev team are primarily US based so it may be a couple of hours before they've fuelled up on enough coffee to get going.
No problem. Let them get fuelled up. :)
