For those who haven't heard this year there will be a release of a new and updated edition of Savage World that is for now being called "Black". It's basically going to be to Deluxe what Deluxe was to the Explorers edition (aka there will likely be an update PDF and most material will be completely compatible with minor changes). Another bit of info is that the new setting Savage Worlds of Flash Gordon contains more or less a preview of many mechanic changes we will be seeing (pending community response to them).
