How does Fate work here?

Like about 10,000 other gamers, I backed the Kickstarter for the new edition of Fate Core. it was one of the most phenomenally successful bits of PRG crowd-sourcing, raising more than $400,000 towards printing and publishing Evil Hat's Fate products. Fate poses some interesting problems for a virtual tabletop. Tactical maps are of little use. The game uses "FUDGE Dice" to resolve actions, which consists of four six-sided dice with two plus signs, two minus signs and two blank signs. Count the plus, subtract the minus (even if it turns into a negative number) and that's your roll. I'm wondering if that can be approximated as 4d3-8, or whether I just got my sums wrong and it's a different formula. Still, I want to try and run Fate online at some point. I'm just wondering how easily Roll20 can be adapted to it, especially by a beginner.

Pretty darn well, actually. &nbsp;I use a landing page to keep track of everything related to the players that is likely to change during the campaign and then switch over to a second map page when describing locations of things are better with a roughly drawn map. What I've found to work really well is to track everything with tokens. &nbsp;Fate Points are tokens that the GM can copy/paste and delete really quickly as needed. &nbsp;Stress tracks are represented with tokens as well and then as they fill up you can use the large red X tag to show that. &nbsp;Once a player takes a consequence, you can "name" a token with the consequence allowing it to be shown on the map. &nbsp;See below for details. What I'm considering adding to the landing page is an icon of an index card that the GM can overlay text to represent Aspects and Advantages as they pop up in play if we haven't switched over to a different map. &nbsp;"Agyle: &nbsp;Hiding in Shadows" for instance.
