Add "All Around the World" or "It's a Small World" Achievement

It's cool to play with others from backgrounds different than our own.  I think it'd be great to have an achievement for people who play with people from other countries.  (I'm up to 15 countries!!)  I purposefully schedule European-friendly time zone one-shots so I can play with others.  Could also be done potentially with different languages.  My two cents.  Thanks for reading.

It's a fun idea! I like collecting the Roll20 Achievements, and playing games with people from other countries around the world. I'm up to around 12 countries that I can think of, in my Roll20 games.
