Not receiving audio from other players.

We have checked all the settings and they are good but I cant hear audio from the other person
I'm got a few questions: 1. Are you using the built in voice/video chat in Roll20? 2. If #1 is yes, are you using the WebRTC or Flash Version? 3. Is the other person using the same version as you? 4. Was this working previously and has stopped working or never worked at all? 5. Please go to http://supportdetails.com/ and copy and paste the results into this thread (but remove the IP address, please).

Are you trying to use WebRTC (default), Flash or running Roll20 through Google Hangouts? Have you tried all three of the available voice/video options to see if one of them works? Can the other user hear you or is it silent for the both of you? If you're both using WebRTC, are you both using either the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox? Did you make sure that both you and the user has their settings set to "Voice" or "Video & Voice" under both "I want to Broadcast to others:" and "I want to Receive from others:"? Did you make sure your "Video/Player Avatar Size:" is NOT set to "Names Only"? Sarah, I'm convinced, is a thread ninja.
Like I said we checked all the fracking settings and even tried different stuff. We where using the built in stuff, not google (we where both on chrome though). I was broadcasting fine apparently, the other person did have the thing work but it didnt even come up for me... We haven't seen if anyone else is or isn't audible for us yet.
Just to clarify, both you and the other person tried the Flash AND the WebRTC version and weren't getting audio on either?
hmm don't I don't remember, next time Ill make sure to double check that...
Thanks, and let me know if switching helps the problem. If you could also go to http://supportdetails.com/ and copy and paste the results into this thread (but remove the IP address, please), that might provide some helpful information.
We just ran skype in the background when the audio didn't work.
al e. we where trying to use the in-game stuff to avoid skype, it messes with my audio and so I can't listen too the sweet jukebox that roll20 has or any video for background sound
