Jukebox Issue

To start with, I have done a search to see what else has been posted on the subject and I followed all the advice given, including the wiki advice we are always led to first. So, to my issue. When testing the music and SFX before the game I was able to hear the music myself as was the other player. However, in game for myself and another Brit the volume was so low we could barely hear it, but for the two Europeans it was fine. I am wondering if this is a bug or if I did something wrong? Any help would be most appreciated. :D

Did you verify that you and the other Brit did not have your  Master Volume set fairly low, in comparison to the two Europeans?

It was still too quiet for us.

That's very strange.  Are you using different browsers, or different OSs?

So, any idea's what could be wrong? It only happens if there is more than two people present in the game.

You might need to check your windows settings for your sound. There is a specific setting in your OS that tends to override any other setting be it in the browser, another program, etc...  As I don't know which version of windows you are using, I can't say where to find it exactly but you can google for it.

I have the latest version of Win10. What am I looking for exactly in the settings?

Right click on your speaker icon down in the right bottom corner and choose sounds. After that menu popups, choose the communications tab and try changing it to do nothing. Not sure if that will help but it shouldn't hurt.
