Forum Search doesn't work

Submitted upon direction by 'Gauss', who believes that it may be due to system incompatibility. Not quite what I said but close. I said it might be a problem with your particular system (which could be anything from a problem on your end, to how your end interacts with us). In any case, it needs to be troubleshooted. I will ask one of our other Devs/Mods who have experience with Apple computers to help out. Still need the system report that I requested. http://supportdetails.com/ (without the IP address). Thanks - Gauss
Oh, I submitted that prior to your further specs man. I hear go, I go. Habit.

A summary of what we have discussed in private (for the benefit of the whichever Dev/Mod that tries to help): 1) Any search term that you input into the forum search engine comes back with no results. 2) If you click on a search link (example: http://app.roll20.net/forum/search?q=gauss ) it also comes back with no results. - Gauss
I can confirm that it works for me on Safari Version 6.0 (8536.25) on OSX 10.8. Of course it's possible something broke in 6.0.2, but it seems more likely that something else is going on...do you have any extensions installed or anything else that would be blocking AJAX requests to 3rd party sites (we use Google Custom Search to do the searching)
More than likely. I'd rather keep my add ons / set up and stick to the ole bookmarked google site search. Doing this more as a request for backup. Doesn't really matter that much to me w/ gaming being a bit crickets and tumbleweeds lately caveat: PF. No worries regardless if it isn't a problem for roll20. Preesh.
Works for me in 6.0.2 so I'm guessing you have something blocking the 3rd party JavaScript. As you seem to know you can simply do a search like "site:app.roll20.net/forum gauss" in Google to do the equivalent of using the search box on the top of the page.
Yeah. I PM'd RD already. I'm cool with it, and already using bookmarked google. combine that w/the 'Butler' app, and it is faster than a regular search. I was really only trying to help w/ a potential debug. RD called it. I'm using a plug in that blocks AJAX. Thanks again.
No problem, thanks for posting about it and letting us know, it always helps to have bug reports :-)
