Problem with Ammo tracking

Thanks to the community for all your help! In this case, I cannot get the ammo/resource tracking to work. I am using OGL 5e character sheets. API is on, and Ammo Tracking is on. I have added the ammunition and identified it as a resource. It appears in the equipment and in the resource box. I have added the weapons and have added the call out to the specific ammunition. I click the attack, and it rolls to hit and damage but says nothing about ammo, and the resource box and equipment do not change. I have followed the instructions to set this up at least 5 times with no luck.
Just to clarify you are using the 5e OGL companion script?
Yes, that's right!
Ok, then can you provide screenshots of the individual parts to get this to work. Here is what I am expecting to see.
Also I would check that you are not receiving any errors in the API console.
How do I get that last message, the one that says ammotracking: on; autonpctoken....?
Type !5estatus  into the chat window
That had no effect...I cut and pasted what you typed and nothing happened
Hmmm...under the API Scripts tab for my game, I see the following message under API Output Console: Your scripts are currently disabled due to an error that was detected. Please make appropriate changes to your scripts and click the "Save Script" button and we'll attempt to start running them again. More info... For reference, the error message generated was: docker: Error response from daemon: Conflict. The name "/campaign-2513788-6vGPvdWbXUdaL1cn3Csc9g" is already in use by container 344987522f5ed420f77bce5fd12c3f6e9555c56f7f29c12a0c4b42780a97b764. You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.. See 'docker run --help'.
