Pro subscription won't go through

I could have sworn I kept up with my pro subscription but apparently it ran out, I tried to renew it, even have the transaction details from paypal including an ID for it but an hour after that and my account still hasn't upgraded to pro. Is there a specific tech support I could contact about this because I'm not finding anything and I need dynamic lighting back for a game tomorrow
