Use of rules on character sheets?

I'm making a sheet for the Infinity 2d20 RPG, which has a large number of talents, traits, qualities, and special rules that require constant rulebook reference to use. I'd like to include some tooltips that tell what each of these attributes does, but I'm concerned about the legal aspect of this. What is roll20's policy on including game rules like this on a character sheet? You still can't generate a whole character or level up with tooltips, but they would include substantial portions of rulebook text.
Hi Thomas, Copyrighted material can not be included in character sheets on Roll20.
it is best to use tolltips in your own words vs the text as-is from the rule book but avoid images and other copyrighted or trademarked images and names. useless there is an OGL (open gaming licence) that allows you to. the equivalent of open source but more restricted your best bet is to ask the copyright owner for permission to use said items or better yet ask them to reach out to Team@roll20.net to see how they can provide there content to the marketplace.
