[LFP][5e] Lost Mines of Phandelver, 2 different days

New Players are very welcome! This Campaign, Lost Mines of Phandelver (LMoP), is designed specifically for new players to D&D 5e. I highly encourage someone looking to get into a group for the first time to try and get into a LMoP group. I just happen to have 2 groups available Monday and Wednesdays at 9am PST. Just sayin' ;) Veteran players are also encouraged to join as well! What do I have to offer? I bring to the table years of experience of tabletop gaming, mostly Dungeons and Dragons. I play a style of helping the players enjoy the stories of the campaign and not a DM vs Players. My first priority is for my group to have fun, make jokes, use spells and items in creative ways. That being said, I do try to stay true to the Player's Handbook for rules. Although, there will be times where I may rule what I deem is fair to the situation to keep the momentum going and not get bogged down in rules. So Why Tip the GM? Two reasons: The first is that I have found that when a person puts a value into something they feel more attached to it and are more consistent. In this case it promotes a party that will more frequently show up on time and play for a long time together. Second, it allows me to set some time aside to create a more personal experience for the players. As much as I love D&D I do need to spend time on it as a Dungeon Master for Materials and Subscriptions. Lost Mines of Phandelver, Monday at 9am PST, and Wednesday at 9am PST Dwarf patron and friend, Gundren Rockseeker, hired your lot to escort a wagon to Phandalin. Gundren has gone ahead with a warrior, Sildar Hallwinter, to attend to business in the town while the adventures follow with the supplies. You will be paid 10 gp each by the owner of Barthen’s Provisions in Phandalin when the wagon is safely delivered to the trading post. Beginner Friendly Campaign Politics: Low Roleplaying: Low to Medium (Depending on party) Tactics: Monsters will have some tactics depending on intelligence What I need from you -Being open minded and a mind full of wonder and adventure goes a long way in Dungeons and Dragons. -Be able to get along with different types of people and the way they play their characters -Be willing to Roleplay your character just a little bit if you are shy. I shine the spot light on every character now and then each session. -Have a headphone, Mic set up. Having feed back distracts from the game. Feed back is the echo that develops when the output (someone else talking) is received into the input (your microphone) which causes an echo that you might not even hear. Headphone, mic set up gets rid of that possibility. Quote from current and previous player: Pujaree, "Smells funny, but once you get past that, it's like being comforted by an old sock" I'm taking it as a complement. This game encourages tipping the Game Master at a rate of what you feel to tip in USD through Paypal.
