I'd like to be able to filter games on the type of communications they use, for instance, I might only want to play games that use TokBox, text, Skype, or Ventrilo, but not Hangouts. Voice/Video required checkboxes would be nice too.

The creators would just need to tag their campaign those requirements. I tag my games with text, playbypost or oneshot. This will allow keyword searches.
