Turn Order Round Calculation Tooltip

In the turn order settings under the Round Calculation text box there is the text "What's this?". Mouse over or clicking this text in Chrome does nothing. I expected a tooltip or similar with an explanation. Similarly, in the wiki: https://wiki.roll20.net/Turn_Tracker#Adding_a_Custom_Item the video showing custom turn tracker usage is unavailable.
The first box is where you type what you want to call your custom thing to put into the tracker and keep track of. Example: Round, Bless, Rage whatever... The second box is where you put in a number. The most common for tracking a round is putting in -1. That will make the round count up every time everyone has gone in the tracker by 1. The last step would be to set your custom round in the tracker itself to the number 1 so you start at round one. You can use this formula to track anything in the tracker like rage for example. Do steps one and two and set rage in the tracker to 10. when it reaches 0 rage has ended.
Thanks Brian, It doesn't fix the bug, but it does help with my problem that lead me to finding the bug.
