[Online][5E][CST/EST] Long term, RP focused, character driven campaign looking for 1 more player

Hi all, We are currently a 4 Player group with 1 DM. We meet Tuesday nights at around 9:30/8:30 EST/CST. Played Weekly. Voice only primarily - but you can do video if it suits your interest. We just lost a player due to scheduling issues and are looking for one more to replace him. We are about to start a new campaign so you wouldnt be coming in in the middle. I want to emphasize that this is a VERY heavy roleplay group, and we're looking for someone who enjoys that aspect more than any other in DnD. Not to worry - we also have a very balanced amount of combat and other interactions, but our connections player to player are the biggest focus. We focus heavily on the development and relationships between the characters. This is a long term campaign - we're looking for someone whose willing to stick with us for a year or many more. We don't have many rules or regulations, but here's an outline: -Have a good mic / Decent internet connection -Be willing to use Discord for communication -Be free for the game time -occasional absences are absolutely okay, we understand, but frequent or scheduled missing gets rough. -Be open to theater of the mind! We do not use grid-style combat. -HOMEBREW IS OKAY!! And if you have ANY questions I'll be checking both the thread and my inbox here so feel free to PM me! We do an interview before inviting you to the game all together so that we may get an idea of your play style and so that you can be sure you enjoy us just as much!

I'm somewhat interested, but I have a few questions first! - How long will sessions be? 9:30 is a little late to start. While I can handle that easily if it's a 3-hour session, I'm not sure if I'll be up to playing for 5 hours! - What age are you looking for in the party? - Would you be willing to let an interested player join in for 1-2 sessions before committing? (This isn't a dealbreaker, but I like the option to leave if I don't click with the other players. This is especially when I'm dealing with people online and especially when it's an RP-centric campaign.) - Are you open to new-ish players? I have about one year of experience, but some of that is from the DM side. - Also, any other information about the world/campaign focus would be great, since I tend to fall in love with settings as well as characters. id love to play if the slots still open. i have a fair amount of time in 5e. have most of the books and im vary flexible and consistent if we are talking attendance. i can play many roles even if i have some preferences. last if any thing i'm 28. live in an est time zone and love a challenge   and i would be great in a role play heavy game while not so much table top iv been role playing in games from as far back as 07 i'm confident i can bring a good story to the table
