Avatars: Names Only makes tags Undraggable

When setting avatars to display "name only" the pink thingy displayed at the top left of the avatar (looks like a "pause" button, but it is not clickable) sits right on top of the hamburger widget that lets me drag the names around. My name is the only one with this icon, although I previously recall getting another similar icon in the same place when another person was muted (but not getting it to show up at the moment).

That was not the case. I was able to drag around every nameplate but my own when in "Names Only." With any other size of avatar, I could drag all nameplates around. The reason I set things to "name only" was because only one person had an actual avatar, and the transparent non-avatar was intercepting clicks on the map visible behind it. The reason my own nameplate couldn't be dragged was because of a pink box showing a pause symbol (I believe muting someone shows a muted icon in a pink box, which takes up the same space).
