Player crashes after campaign loads

i have a player who is unable to stay connected to any of my campaigns. He can get to the main roll20 page but as soon as he connects to the campaign and it loads he gets an "AW SNAP" error and page crashes. he has tired every suggested solution. He has tried using IE, Chrome and even Firefox but no change. This issue has started after the rugged reroll because before that he was able to play just fine. After everything tried the only thing left is a possible JAVA issue but we dont know if there was anything java related done with the rugged reroll. any suggestions would be greatful

Roll20 doesn't use Java. It utilizes lots of Javascript and a little bit of Flash to handle the old fashioned voice/video chat feature. What we'd need to help him best is the error message he is receiving and if he could get on here and post his findings after doing the instructions listed here: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues</a>
The error is not coming from roll20 i believe. Its an error from Chrome and Firefox. he has tried all of those things in the instructions for solving tech issues and is still having this issue. I will see if he can get on the forums and post himself but of all my players hes the only one having issues of the campaign crashing as soon as he connects to it. I emailed him what you said.

That last instruction on the wiki page is grabbing information from the browser's console log. If something about loading a campaign is crashing the browser, I'm thinking there's probably some errors occurring on the console log.
My best guess is that this is a campaign with a lot of image assets and his computer just isn't able to handle it (running out of memory/video memory are the most likely causes of the "Aw Snap!" error in Chrome). Make sure that any pages you aren't actively using are archived. I actually have in the pipeline some changes coming that will help with this, but they're probably 3 weeks out at this point.
how do you retrieve archived pages for later use?
also there are the same amount of images and pages in the campaign now as when he had no issues at all like he told me this all started for him after rugged reroll as for his computer his is better then mine and i have zero issues he and I are so very confused over this

Michael R., once you archive a page, you'll see a square at the end of the list of pages on your page toolbar ( <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Toolbar" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Toolbar</a> ) that will indicate the number of archived pages. Just click on that square and you'll get a list of the pages you have in your archive and you can click the "restore" button to bring them back.
