Token description on map?

Greeting, Is there a way for the player in my campaign, to select a token that they are not controlling, and get information about the said token? Explanation : The party will soon reach a town where there's a museum. I'm expecting them to visit it for plot progression. While inside, they will be various artifact displayed. I want them to be able to click on the token/object so a window would pop up and give a brief explanation of the said item. ( Kinda like a handout thing ) Any idea?

What you want to do is set up the artifact tokens to have permission set to "All Players" first. Then create character journals for each artifact and write in the bio section what you want them to find out about the item. Link the token with the character journal ( see this wiki page on how to link them together ). Once they're linked, a player can double-click on the artifact token and it'll bring up the character journal.
That is perfect! Thx!
