Shillelagh Question/Help (Shaped v15.7.4)

Hello, hello, hello! I've played one game so far in my life with my own character and I'm playing in another game soon and I need a bit of help or just an answer to my question: I'm having a bit of a question with the how Shillelagh (Level 1 Druid) works on the Roll20/Shaped sheet. Main question: When I cast Shillelagh on my character's quarterstaff, would that mean I have to create a secondary weapon on my sheet or would Shillelagh automatically change the modifiers on the quarterstaff? If I have to make a second weapon then how do I set it up so that the weapon only rolls if I have cast Shillelagh? (If I have to do that) If it's suppose to change the modifiers for the quarterstaff, how do I do that? Thank you for anyone that helps! I'm really new to this but I'm excited to finally play this character.

I personally use the community contributed one, so it took a little playing around with the shaped character sheet you were talking about and I think I figured out an answer. It looks like you will have to make another weapon attack, I didn't see anything that changes it for you. (to my knowledge, there could just be a macro or something that changes it). I think the easiest way would just be to make a separate weapon in the equipment of your character sheet, then set them to separate macros, and just use the appropriate one depending if you're affected by shillelagh. I took a screenshot of the set up I had for the two "weapons" under the equipment part of your character sheet that worked well when I tried to roll it.  By default when you look, it will say Str after "Melee Weapon Attack", but if you click on "Str" it will give you a small drop down menu where you can select Wisdom as the modifier. You'll have to do that for both the Melee Weapon Attack and the damage on the "Hit" part of the equipment. You can reference the screenshot if you'd like, The left set up is correct for a level 1 character that's proficient in quarterstaves, and has a +2 wisdom modifier. If I completely got everything wrong with understanding what you were asking then please ignore :D

I would do as described above: Import 2 quarterstaffs from the compendium to the "Offense" section and modify one to use Wisdom and a d8 (missing in the above image). Use that modified one when you cast Shillelagh.

You could also use one quarterstaff and modify those fields when casting Shillelagh. Either works.
