It depends on what you're looking at! Tyranny of Dragons Bundle has all of the maps that are in the books, complete with statted tokens for monsters, dynamic lighting layers for Pro users, and GM-only information. They also contain all of the story and rules of the campaign.

Just remember that  Tyranny of Dragons Bundle is a bundle of two modules which means they are used to create games, not add to a preexisting game

If the owner of a module has a plus or higher subscription they can create the game and benefit from the dynamic lighting built into the modules but they don't need to DM it :)
