Greetings and well meet Travelers! I will be starting a new group soon that will play Fridays 630PM EST. I welcome new players and anyone else who loves the game. I will allow only races listed in the basic players handbook and we will be starting at level 1. If you are a new player I will be happy to help you build your new character. We will play using Discord. Looking for a start up group of 6 players. Things I ask from players: 1. Please be on time and make the game on a regular basis.( VERY VERY IMPORTANT) If you fail to show without saying anything I will start looking for a replacement. 2. We are human and there for are prone to have issues happen, so if you cant make a game night then post on forums and then your character will be played by another player or myself. ( this is to keep the game going smoothly). 3. Don't be a Problem child . Examples are as follows: a. 3rd level character wants to pick the boogers out of the nose of an ancient red dragon. b. Intentionally get another player killed (see above). This is usually followed by the perpetrators character dying a horrible death. c. Being argumentative and detracting from the adventure. d. having your character wondering off from rest of party to do his/her own adventure leaving others to wait to play. e. It is a fantasy game, but there will be no Bazookas, 3rd level characters having a +3 Vorpal sword or made up powers out of nowhere (unless of course DM saz so). 4. Be respectful of others. Everyone will have their "moment in the spotlight" so let them have it. In other words try not to run other peoples characters. This adventure is a team effort. ( individuals tend to die quickly). 5. The story is just as important than the hack and slash. Characters should have a somewhat well thought out background story. Don't worry if you want I can help with this. I like to change out the story just a little to carry over the characters backstory into the Adventure. Example: you may run into the vile villain that murdered your family years ago! Or you may discover who your true parents are that left you at the doorstep of a monastery as a child. ect 6. I will reward Inspiration for unique characters (especially ones with disadvantages or flaws ) or for out of the box thinking in defeating an enemy or obstacle. 7. I normally have reservations for allowing players younger than 20 because I like to take my game seriously ( see rule #1 & #3). But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy funny /silly stuff. Just keep it real in the realms of the game world in witch your characters live. 8. No adult material in this campaign. Go find a [18+] game for that. 9. Will use point buy system for stats. 10. This is intended to be a long term game that may eventually lead to level 12+ characters. Lets make an EPIC story of legendary heroism and Triumph!
