Having issue uploading jpegs.

Hi there, been trying for about twenty minutes to upload some .jpeg files. I haven't had a problem with them in the past. The average size of the files are about 80kb so I'm reasonably certain they're under the 5mb cap per asset. First couple of times I was trying to upload multiple files at a time, thought that might be the issue but have tried singular uploads of over three dozen different assets and nothing. I'm currently sitting at roughly 10mb/1000mb of used space.

Check to make sure the extension is jpg, not jpeg. Roll20 balks at that.

you can use a program like GIMP to Convert them, or you can probably just rename the file extension and cross your fingers. (Note: when using GIMP, use "Export As" to save as a usable image, since "Save As" saves it in a format that GIMP finds easy to read, also Roll20 suggests GIMP for making Maps in it's FAQs with Video Tutorials for the process)
Thank you both, I did find a work around. Though I am ashamed that I made the maps in gimp....and didn't think about resaving as a different format. I must commit Sudoku to cleanse this dishonor.

There is no difference between jpg and jpeg other than the name. You can "convert" by renaming.

I am not entirely familiar with the differences between the various formats, I assumed it was something to do with Compression and/or Compiling, but as I am oblivious to the technical specifics of each type, I simply suggested using a program which was built for handling such formalities.
