Giving Someone GM on game

I made a game and give to someone else, because he will be GM of this game and i want to play as player, but i have pro and he don't. We made, i give him permissions, and he can't do some things, for example, he can't manipulate tokens. Game is fresh, i want him to be GM.

Was he in the game when you promoted him? He'll need to refresh in order to have his GM capabilities.
Yes, he do that. What exactly he can't do?

Here are the Wiki documents listing what the co-GM can do in a game that you created: https://wiki.roll20.net/Campaign_Management#GM He should be able to manipulate tokens that are on the map pages, including ones that you dropped there from your art library; or drag-and-drop to add tokens/graphics from his own account's Art Library. If that's not working, write back and we will try the troubleshooting steps.
