We have a solid core of 3-4 players. We have never missed a session and sometimes run extra sessions. We do downtime roleplay via discord chat. I feel like the content is engaging. So why am I having such a hard time keeping players in these last couple of slots? My advertisement says ROLEplay vs rollplay, I try to vet the player before I invite them. Inevitably they join, play one or two games and then they leave the game and Discord server without saying a word. Had one who did tell me that the game wasnt what he thought it was. He expected more combat (The party is in the planning stages of a massive war in the underdark!) I guess I am just an old player who remembers when 8 or 10 of us used to get together around the table for a few hours each week and played the same campaign for a year. Seems like players today want video games not table top games. They bounce into a game and if it is not skyrimesque they quit and move on to the next campaign. I see so many players asking for Critical Role type games but once they get into one, I am not sure they know what to do.... Anywho... I have one slot open in my game... If you have questions let me know. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/91635/crown-of-the-abyss
