Next session will be Monday, February 26th, starting at 10pm CST (texas time) and ending at 1am. We're looking for newer players with more interest in telling a story than mechanics-driven character development; core race/class combos only (archetypes ok with group approval) to avoid power builds. We'll be using discord for organizing play schedule, character creation, and in-game voice chat.    Off the bat, I should let people know that I'm not looking for a revolving cast of people. It's my opinion that good, lasting groups are formed before the first characters are even rolled. You should come to the table prepared to spend some time getting to know your fellow players and myself in chat before being accepted as a player, to be sure you're a good fit. If enough seats aren't filled come game night, we're patient enough to wait another week for the right folks to come along - you should be too. This isn't about hurrying to get a quick fix for playing, its about developing a stable group that will be around for the long haul.     We'll be playing in a homebrew setting of mine known as the Five Kingdoms, and while modules are a possibility, most of the campaign will be arc-driven story rather than episodic. I've got an idea for the story I'd like to tell, but of course you'll be the final say in deciding where the story goes - I'm here to run the game you want to play. The environment is rich with story arcs for you to explore, and I'm very flexible on what the party wants to do in the world. That being said, our campaign will (initially) be a classic hero's tale, so evil characters will not be allowed at this time. I play fairly loosely with the alignment system, but it is a good starting point for new players to develop their character's concept.    If this sounds like something you'd be interested in being a part of, please PM me to request the discord link so you can meet the group. Hope to hear from you, Happy Gaming!
Can  you tell me more about your Setting I am interested to know more.

So, it's a classic High Fantasy, perhaps with magic being a bit more commonplace than usual. The physical location is a region known as the Five Kingdoms, an isolated cluster of settlements which began as a colonization effort but flourished independently after the collapse of the parent empire. The region is bordered to the northeast and southwest by massive mountain ranges, and to the southeast lies The Brobdingnagian Forest, a seemingly endless and widely unexplored forest with flora and fauna of massive size. Let me know if there's any specific info you'd like.

I am still looking for 1-2 players for this game. . I prefer newer players, but others are welcome if they mesh well. I am looking for a group dynamic that will last for months or even years likely branching into other systems in the future. The current group is story driven. If this sounds like your type of game then please reply via PM if you fit the time slot (10pm-1am cst on Mondays)
Got it to work, couldn't stay due to wife, but wanted to make sure it launched and was able to connect. So that's good.
