Avatar(token)maker online

So i noticed that there were plenty of token frames selling in the marketplace, so i ask myself why there can´t be a token maker or something. By now you need to download what you bought in roll20 and use photoshop afterall.

I'm having trouble opening this

I open the .jar file, and all I see are more files. The file itself doesn't execute
