Looking to see what kind of interest there is out there in the community. The last few years I've run small one shot games for Extra-Life and was thinking about expanding this to online and using twitch. My basic idea is this: 1) Each month or every other month I would run a 4-6 hour one shot using either a dead game or an lesser know game system. Probably setup an online poll each month to figure out which one we would play that month. 2) 4-6 players, each one having to donate $50 to play in the game, which would go to charity. Though if they wanted to give more then they can. this way we get $200+ for children hospitals (if done through Extra-Life). 3) IF done on twitch, anyone watching/listening can can also donate as well. 4) Each game is a one shot and comes with per-generated characters. No one needs to know how to play the games and can learn the rules as we play. Maybe even do a little per game run down. I've run a lot of games over the years and more often than not had to teach other people how to play those games (I tend to run non D&D games). Would there be interest in this? Is this feasible? Any thoughts or suggestions?
