Hey two years ago, you guys were on this. Please tell me how to have black dice with white numbers? I hope this has been fixed, and I am just ignorant. Several forums of said topic, have been closed years ago. Dev's have stated they were working on this. Thanks, Thomas
It's not fixed, and they are not working on it
Hi Thomas, Unfortunately, black dice with white numbers is not possible right now. At the moment what we are using as a diffuse texture map is just a white image with a face number on it in black. Before a die is rendered when you roll, the diffuse texture is given a tint by pulling the color hex you're using with your avatar. That's all it does. As such, dark colors don't work so well with the black numerals. For a bit more in-depth explanation you can check out this post : https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2256/3d-dice/?p... This is definitely a feature we are looking to touch up, but has proven difficult for many reasons. As our search for a Canvas / WebGL developer continues , we hope to roll out updates as soon as we can!
