Turn tracker sorted initiative and duplicate entries

Hello! Our group is just starting out with Roll20, and we have barely scratched the surface. One thing that was bothering us in our last game was that the turn tracker doesn't auto sort the initiative if you re-roll it (we all use a &{tracker} macro). The GM had to click the gear and manually ask for the sort, and since we roll every round, that became tedious. Also, since we were moving to different parts of the same map, there were sometimes duplicate player tokens on the map, and that translates into duplicate entries in the turn tracker, which the GM had to manually delete. I understand that API scripting can help, but for the moment we have roll20 on "trial" and the GM only has a Plus subscription. Is there anything that can be easily done that we have missed to make our life a bit easier?
To the GM, the turn tracker entries stay visible between maps but the players will only see the initiative rolls done on a given map. Without the API, there's no way to automate re-sorting or copying over the Turn Tracker values or order map to map. The only thing I can think of that would make it at all easier, would be to add an attribute to your Sheets (call it InitResult or something) and link it to your tokens.  Whenever you roll initiative put the results into that bar on your token.  That will let you use a macro [[@{selected|bar3} &{tracker} ]] to repeat' your previous initative map to map.

I always use a single Map page per session with multiple battle maps on it, separated by Fog of War. This eliminates the Tracker problem with multiple entries. If you roll initiative each turn, your GM has to manage the Tracker, cleaning the old rolls out.
