Tokens exist for players but not GM

As far as I can tell, some tokens that I placed in a previous session are no longer there, but only on the GM side. I see only empty space that I can't interact with, but the player sees the token just as I left it. Just guessing.&nbsp; Make sure the token in question isn't on the GM-layer and that you aren't currently joined as a player(common for gm's to do while testing).&nbsp; Also, have you tried disabling your extensions? List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabledAdblock Plus Adblock Plus Greasemonkey Video Blocker

Nope, I don't see the token on the GM layer. Strangely, I don't see it when logged in as player on this account either. One of my players can, though. I did try disabling all of my extensions, but it didn't change anything.

I'm seeing a lot of 'error loading image' messages; you say you disabled all your extensions which should mean adblock isn't affecting things so I'm wondering about your ISP and your network paths to the tokens. Just to make sure it isn't something simple, would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, with your extensions disabled for this log!) Thank you!

Resources include things such as Videos, and Images! No Image = No Token, for any whom don't load that Image ! You are obviously not loading the Images as you should be, try these simple steps, first, open the Context menu (R. Click) on someone's Avatar, anyone will be fine, try it on mine for example, you should see something along the lines of View Image or Copy Image Location go to this location of which it speaks, then open the Context Menu on a blank spot and press the i key (that's I, not L), you should be looking at the View Page Info Menu, this Menu has a Permissions screen, give this site the Image is stored on the "Load Images" override (UN-check "Use Default" and explicitly tell it to Allow it to Load Images), do this again whilst on Roll20, and then report back here after doing a Clear Cache followed up by checking on your Ghost Tokens, I'd wager they'll likely be there now that you have White Listed Roll20 and it's Image Hosting Site. I had a similar problem when I started experiencing what I can only conclude (long-shot assumption) ended up resolving as Deleted Picture Files, this caused the Token to Vanish as far as I could tell, then I loaded it up on my Phone one day, found about 20 Tokens just chilling there, lagging everything like crazy for no reason at all, but my Laptop couldn't see them one bit, not even with a Cleared Cache. I ultimaterly dimply deleted said Map and placed everything anew, it was after all a simple buffer screen for faster loading times.
