Macbook Pro and Roll20 not playing nice

Played my first game on Roll20 last night. D&D 5e. I love it! Great idea and seems very well executed. Kept running into issues on my MacBook Pro (2015 13" retina, OS High Sierra 10.13.3). Could not click and drag info from compendium to character sheet. Tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Removed ad blockers and extensions. Really don't want to cut and paste every spell and detail. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Hi, did you try to drag items by their name, not by the three lines ("hamburger symbol")?
Yes, by their names.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

What are you trying to drag from the Compendium to the sheet? Currently, I think spells and equipment are the only things that you can drag and drop to a character sheet. Also, be sure you are using the 5E OGL sheet or the 5E Shaped sheet; those are the only ones that support drag and drop.
