I have a gaming resume. Apart from having about 38 years experience, knowledge of over 30 RPGs, and run 50+ hours of content a month, I have a bit of experience. Was one of the coordinators for Living Greyhawk in my area during the days of D&D 3.5 including writing and editing several adventures, currently have one 5e adventure scenario for D&D Adventure League with others in process, and was an early adopter of running RPGs on virtual table top. I, and my other DM partner (who basically has the same resume), are pretty easy peasy. Our approach isn't DM versus players, more like play facilitators; setup an adventure premise, build the mythology, story behind it, maintain continuity, known our audience, provide opportunities for the players to explore their character concepts, provide dynamic tension, develop challenging combats that promote out of the box thinking, reward out of the box thinking, and provide a friendly play space without fear of being called a newbie or idiot. From our stand point we prefer no politics at our tables, no bullying, no rated X content (mild R sometimes as we have been know to present moral dilemma sub plots). In the end is sounds like there is a desire here to put a game together. There may be a desire on our part to start one that would run during hours that would work for UK/ Western Europe players. If we can find some commonality then the next step would be to have a chat on Discord or Roll20 voice and see if there is a fit. If there is maybe we can all move forward. If not, at a minimum we got to meet some new people who share our interest in the hobby.
