PNG files for token overlay icons.

I want to make a reference card for my players and myself that show link these to the various conditions and character status in the game. I was wondering if these could be posted so DM's can reference these for more consistency in game. I'd really hate to use the super-low res screenshots I have now.

I believe they exist as larger PNG graphics, originals non-screenshot, somewhere on the web or in the wiki. The thread remains open for other responses from the community. Someone will know. Bryan W presented it this way, That's actually pretty great, I have never seen the names attached to these before. I never could figured out what edge-crack was was supposed to be.
