Dumb question: Do you need a pro subscription to use the export-tables/recursive-tables?

I've been looking for way to to create a random encounter table with rollable entries.  For example: [1d8] Kobolds [2d4] Spiders etc. inline dice rolls don't seem to work for table entries so my googlefoo turned up recursive-tables. This looks exactly like what I need but it seems like it's not built into roll20 but must be applied to my game via an api script.  Am I correct in assuming that I need to have a pro subscription to be able to do that? I currently have a Plus subscription but would really like to be able to create rollable tables like I described. Thanks, Midnite Oil.
Yes, to use an API script, the game's creator must have a current Pro subscription.
