Dungeons and Dragons 5e- Character Sheet- Italian version

Dear All, is it possible to use an Italian version of the official D&D 5e character sheet in Roll20? If not, would it be possible to translate it? I would be happy to help, if somebody could explain me the technical bits! Also, this character sheet should be compatible with the official Roll20 API (including the latest one), etc. You can find an Italian version of the character sheet at &nbsp;<a href="https://www.dragonslair.it/files/file/90-scheda-pg-dl-per-dd-5a-edizione/" rel="nofollow">https://www.dragonslair.it/files/file/90-scheda-pg-dl-per-dd-5a-edizione/</a> (version 1.2) Many thanks, Giorgio

The Shaped version supports many languages, though none of my translators have maintained the project sufficiently. If you'd like to contribute to the SHaped sheet you can simply translate the English strings to Italian and it'll all work if you have italian selected as your language.
Hi Kryx, thanks for your reply. I would be happy to translate the Shaped sheet in Italian, but I don't know how to do it! Could you please send me the English strings and a pdf/gif copy of the final character sheet? Also, how can I select a different language? Finally, is the shaped version compatible with the new official Roll20 APIs? Thanks, Giorgio

You can find the English strings:&nbsp; <a href="https://github.com/mlenser/roll20-character-sheets" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/mlenser/roll20-character-sheets</a>... Italian strings: <a href="https://github.com/mlenser/roll20-character-sheets" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/mlenser/roll20-character-sheets</a>... The Italian version probably need updates, so feel free to correct any of them. If you're proficient with Github you can fork my copy and send me a PR. Otherwise you can email me or PM me a link to something like github gist or some other code viewer after you've made changes. If you start a campaign with the Shaped sheet you'll be able to see many strings. Many will need specific steps to have it appear (class features), but most are plainly visible. You can change your language at&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/account/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/account/</a> Shaped works from the compendium for monsters and spells and converts the OGL sheet format for monsters, spells, and PCs (some areas for PCs may not be 100% converted - I'd suggest you start from scratch with those). It works for official modules via OGL conversion method.
Ok, I have completed my registration in Github and I will work on the translation when I have some spare time. Can I make any changes to the file at different times (I see that several rows have not been translated), before I submit a PR? Many thanks, Giorgio

You can make as many changes as you want to the file. In the end you'll need to make a Pull Request and then I will be able to compare the differences and accept them.
Ok, so if I am planning to work on the translation on different occasions, I guess I have to submit a PR at the end of each session, right?

Ya, feel free to send a PR after any incremental changes and I'll review them.
On line 94, is "attachers" correct, or should that be "attackers" instead?
Also, I will double check the translated strings as well
Hi Kryx, I have found an issue in the file, as the string 133 of the English version (carried) corresponds to string 130 of the Italian version!!! how is that possible?

Probably best to explore the sheet before trying to translate. Attachers are things that can be attached to other macros. :) Strings aren't numbered - the strings have a key attached and are referenced by that key.
Ok, the next few strings were talking about attacks, so I thought it was just a typo! So I don't have to be worried if the strings are not in the same order, right? I was starting to become worried as the numbers did not match at all! Also, could you please send me a copy of the sheet for my reference, to use offline? Thanks, Giorgio
Hi Kryx, If you could approve the first revision please, later I could translate a few more strings, Best wishes, Giorgio

They are sorted alphabetically and I have a script to sort them so don't worry about the order. The only thing you need to change are the strings for each key. You can download the sheet from GitHub. I'll approve your PR in a bit - watching a show with my wife right now.
No problem at all:) I will try to find the sheet, bw, G
