Customize-able Macro bar

If would be great if we could click and drag macro order, we can put the most-used across the top of the macro bar, then grab the corner and size-up/size down the macro area so it is not covering the scale map view slider, the action at the top of the screen, etc. Or alternatively, make the macro bar openable as a separate tab (like journals can be).

You can already drag and reorder them in the bar, but I do agree it would be nice to drag them around and put them where you want on the screen.
