Some general info about campaign: This campaign is Japanese RPG & Anime inspired. It kind of shows a bit more love towards martial classes(Basically you are granted 1-2 combat maneuvers from another system which I adapted to 5e/my game.) You are a teenage student (around 13-15) in Golden Lion Military academy, a first year. You are part of a special newly made class. The special refers to some background circumstances(commoner/noble ect) as well as to your character's skill/talent. The players even though they are young they are above the average Joe. (This doesn't mean that all your foes will be easy or that there is no NPCs that are "bigger" and "better"-you will just have more chances to get the feeling of accomplishment and shinning). So consider this some sort of military-ish high school experience(or middle school?, I don't know how the education in your country works lol). There will be some relaxing time where you will get to interact with each other's player character or other multiple NPCs and be able to perform some quests-tasks or even activities-hobbies that are more often "not combat related", with an option of doing something combat related if you so wish as well during those times. And then there will be other times where combat is more necessary and it may take more than half of the session-depending on the situation and players decisions. I hope my explanation was good enough and you got the gist of it. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Currently the party consists of 2 monks(one is open hand, the other is way of tranquility) and 1 fighter-battlemaster. We also had a "Blade Lord" but sadly the player playing him, got some family issues and will be unable to play for minimum 1-2 months, which is why we look for a member now to fill the spot. System-D&D5e Setting-Medieval Fantasy with a touch of low technology which is empowered by some magic-gems that contain magical power. Any race from Player's Handbook and possibly other races. [In case of other races, I will have to take a look at the race first-Important note that no matter which race you choose your race will probably be "re skinned" to look more like human and less non-human] Any class from Player's Handbook and possibly other classes-preferably without spells(but not mandatory). [If other class, I will have to take a look at it and possibly modify it, if it seems too strong or too weak.] Full HP per level until current level(level 3) Can choose between a custom array that I give or roll for stats.(I have a feeling that you will probably choose my array). Custom character progression, using long term milestones for level up. Levels will be kept low(maximum around level 5). Further progression will be given again through milestones, awarding with either higher level class features, items/loot or few boosts to stats ect. Character has to be around 13-15 years old or at least look like a teen(some races have longer lifespans and for example 89 years old might be considered teen in their societies). Party friendly characters only (You can be rival, antagonist or w/e as long as you do not harm your party in any shape or form. Got to be able to co-operate with your party members, especially when it counts) Important Note: Your character will always be subject to balancing.
