Greetings, I am looking for a game to play. I have played D&D since 3.5e on and off but really started playing it a lot more around 4e and 5e. I would say 85% of my experience playing D&D is being the DM, however, and I would really like to play instead of DM. I am just itching to be able to play a character of some kind! More about me: 29, married professional with a graduate degree, enjoy reading/videogames/anime/D&D. I own two, adorable dogs and I do refer to them as my children. I played on roll20 a lot while 4e was the current ruleset, but I haven't really used it much since. I can be a bit shy to RP via voice with strangers, but it is something I am working on. Like the title says, I am open to bi-weekly or flexible games. Flexible as in it is just scheduled to fit everyone's schedule. For weekdays, I can't play any earlier than about 6 PM EST due to my job and light chores when I get home (puppy care). If I were to say the kind of game I'd prefer to play in... I'd say one where party alignment skews "good." I don't enjoy PvP and that sort of thing unless both players agree to it. Character drama is fun, but I am not interested in playing in a game where it seems most people are just arguing and nothing fun happens. It may seem weird for me to specify such, but the last time I was a player in a game I had to quit due to half of the time played being spent by other characters just yelling at each other and trying to kill each other and I would rather not play in a game like that. I would also prefer a game that isn't only a dungeon crawl or only for murder hobos. With that out of the way, if anyone has room and thinks I might be a good fit, please let me know! Link your campaign or any other sources. I would really love to play in a game like Curse of Strahd or something similar. I am even down for good ol' Mines of Phandelver (which I have read but haven't really played, but I promise I completely forgot everything past the very beginning). Thank you for taking the time to read. :)
