GURPS-The Shadows Take Us-Saturdays at 6PM Central

Our group is starting a new campaign that is Cyberpunk/Shadowrun meets Monster Hunters. It's the year 2030 with corporate America being the unspoken government of America.&nbsp; The group will be running in Dallas, TX against various corporations and being hired to hunt monsters.&nbsp; Magic and psionics are allowed in the game and characters are starting out at 400 points. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/108129/gurps-the-shadows-take-us" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/108129/gurps-the-shadows-take-us</a>

We have room for one more person in the group that would take on the role of the tank/combat monkey.

what system of gurps 3rd ed or 4th edition i may interested in taking up the roll if you still need somebody.

It's 4th edition.&nbsp; 400 CPs, 75 dis+5quirks.&nbsp; Weapons and transportation TL8, medicine and tech TL9.

anything banned or not recommended and anything recommended ?

btw books i have for 4th ed are magic basic characters basic campaigns thaumatology high tech and martial arts thats my physical copy books i own since my rl group is mainly gurps oriented.

One of our players had to drop from the group, so there's a spot open.&nbsp; It's fairly open, but if there's anyone feeling the call of being a crusader to bring the word to the downtrodden in a world being shrouded in shadow, then that spot could be for you.&nbsp; And this group is in dire need of a moral compass... So many to spread the word to. Our first game is this Saturday, at 6pm central.

Sounds fun, I love GURPS.&nbsp; Can't play that early on Saturday though.&nbsp; If the time moves closer to 8pm on a Saturday I'd love to hear about it.&nbsp; My last Monster Hunters game ended and my character is still looking for more people to save from the evil within.

We have an additional slot opened up, so we're looking for 2 additional people to join us.&nbsp; I had a critique tonight that really got me to thinking about how we could enhance our character development, and I'm also limiting our combat to only 1 session maximum unless things get really nasty in a hurry.&nbsp; I'd like to see someone come in who could seriously take on the role of a crusader.&nbsp; Not just a hack and slash, but someone who could play a person that desires to convert souls.&nbsp; I'm wanting to flex our story telling muscles and move more toward character development and story background.
