Stabilize Macro

Hey all, I'm trying to make a stabilize macro for when a character has negative hit points but cant seem to get it right. I have the character's current HP in Bar 3. Bar 3 min has their current HP, and Bar 3 max has their maximum HP. The check I need to do is a Constitution check minus the amount of hit points they have missing after 0. Example being that Player 1's character has been beaten and has -5 HP. They will take 1 point of damage each turn if they dont do a DC 10 constitution check to stabilize. Player 1's CON mod is +3. They would roll a d20 + 3 - 5. Is there a macro that can do this for the selected token? I tried %{selected|CON-check} - @{selected|bar3} but couldnt get it work no matter what way I did it. Thanks for the help!
